Our home, located in Las Vegas, Nevada, is located in a gated community of about 75 units. It has a small community swimming pool with hot tub. The house, a one story attached townhome, has two bedrooms with approximately 1500 sq. ft. of living space. It is fully furnished with all the ammenties and also has a enclosed garage. A vechile may be available for those who wish to use it. We have a back patio landscaped in desert plants, and lovely outdoor furniture to enjoy the stars and sunrises and sunsets. It is completely enclosed for maximum privacy. We are 15 minutes from The Las Vegas Strip. Pictures of our home are attached. We are interested in all offers either in the United States, Canada, Australia,Europe, or any other reasonable locale. We are also willing to house sit for people who do not want to exchage their property. |
