forested, residential community, on a private lake nestled among trees and mountains. Enjoy tennis courts, bicycles, canoeing, hiking trails and fishing and swimming. Recently built by owner, with car port, electric heat and wood burning stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, jetted
bathtub, satellite TV, VCR, stereo, computer, this home is cozy and casual. Non-smokers only.We are a retired professional couple interested in exchanges to warm climates in winter or moderate climates rest of year (Europe, South America, USA). We are also open to
