John ( Retired Electrician ) & Eve ( Retired Receptionist ) age 62 will exchange our 2 Bedroom home on the East coast of Canada (Sydney, Cape Breton , Nova Scotia ) for accommodations prefereably in Florida or in the British Isles for at least a month's duration . Experienced home owners for 33 yrs and will care for garden and pets etc . Jan & Feb 2007 would fit nicely with our plans .Flexable in the above as to time and duration !
Sydney, N.S. is 500k from the provincial capital city of Halifax,NS and on the doorstep of Fortress Louisbourg , Cabot Trail , and Canada's largest fresh water Lake ; the Bras d'or Lake and a gateway to the Province of Newfoundland .
Could host or accommodate one individual in inclosed appartment, so in that case a simultanious exchange would't be necessary .
Excellent year-round recreational facilities : fishing, boating ,hiking , swimming ,ice fishing , snowmobiling , and a very good ski lodge with excellent facilities within a 15 min drive .
Car exchange possible and please no smokers or pets .
Would also consider housesiting for winter months of 2007 .
