We have recently retired from professional careers and are interested in a home exchange in Australia for the months of February, March, April or September,October, November in the year 2006. Our daughter lives in Melbourne, so we would prefer to be in that area. Our home is a 2500 sq ft open-concept bungalow, built in 2002, situated in Ancaster (pop. 25000), a historic town (1790) which is at a 45 min. driving distance from Toronto, 20 minutes from Hamilton and 1 hr from Niagara Falls and the US border. The house is generously appointed with antiques and has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and is air conditioned. We are situated within a 5 min walking distance from a nature conservation area with miles of hiking and skiing trails, deer and wild turkey etc. Vineyards, Theatre Festivals (Stratford and Shaw), Royal Botanical Gardens are within a 1 hr driving distance. We offer the use of our 2000 Toyota Camry in exchange for the use of your vehicle. |
