Our oceanview home is located 35 minutes north of Victoria. {the capital of British Columbia) on beautiful Vancouver Island.Please check www.tourismvictoria.com and www.island.bc.ca to see why it is called "Beautiful British Columbia".
We live in a friendly,adult community with 24 hour security .Here you can golf, play tennis,swim ,fish, or hike without leaving the neighbourhood.We are located close to the village centre, a place to meet people and enjoy the heated pool,hot tub,craft and hobby room,billiard lounge and library and more.
Our home has the kitchen with dining area, living room,sunroom,den,powder room,and master bedroom with ensuite on the main level.The lower level has a family room,bedroom, and bathroom.The garden has two patios and the sundeck is off the livingroom and sunroom.
We have a Jeep Liberty and would consider exchanging cars.
We would like to visit Germany but are open to offers preferring Europe in the summer and warm places in the winter.
