Private Victoria home overlooks Haro Strait, Mt Barker, and San Juan Islands. It has 3bedrooms, and 3bathroom and 2 fireplaces. It also includes a 1 acre garden, hot tub and large deck with view, barbecue, bikes. It has convenient access to: the University of Victoria (10min walk), 20min by car or bus to the city center, 30min to Ferries and Airport which will take you to Vancouver, Gulf and San Juan Islands, Up Island and Seattle.
There are many great walking and biking trails, beaches, golf courses, and water sports close to our home.
Don and I are retired professionals in our 60’s and we love to golf, travel and garden. We are nonsmokers. We do have 2 outdoor cats that could part of the exchange.
