	Our Home is located in the seaside town of Hampton, NH, one mile from the Atlantic Ocean. Our colonial style house has 8 rooms located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is surrounded by our herb and flower gardens. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office with a computer, a living room, dining room, family room and a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Features: Two televisions; computer; VCR/DVD; disc player, washer, dryer. We have an outside patio off the family room. No smoking and no pets please. Nearby: public transportation available; galleries and museums; Many shops, supermarkets and movie theatres. The Lakes region is only an hour away and an additional hour will bring you into the White Mountains for hiking. In neighboring towns there are golf courses, cultural activities, countless excellent restaurants and in nearby Kittery, Maine hundreds of shops in the Outlet Malls. Several sandy beaches are at the end of our street--great for surfing, swimming, walking or relaxing. A car exchange is a possibility. Richard and Lorraine are a semi retired couple. Richard teaches part time at a nearby community college. We are experienced home exchangers who have successfully traded homes with families from Wales, Switzerland and California. Our location is approximately one hour north of Logan Airport in Boston, Massachusetts and forty five minutes east of Manchester Airport, Manchester, New Hampshire. We would be open to exchanges between May and August of 2005 or 2006. Also the first three weeks in January of 2006.
