We offer a 4 bedroom 2 story rustic home/cottage on Lake Huron.
The home has a wood burning fireplace (plus electric baseboard heaters), large living room with a clear view of the lake and 5 minute walk to sandy beach..
Large kitchen with built in dishwasher.
Laundry room with washer and dryer. Two full bathrooms. Large deck on lake side of the house. Single attached garage.
We are located adjacent to the Inverhuron Provincal Park. 14 km from the town of Kincardine, 200 km from London and approx. 200 km from Toronto. The cottage is in a village setting with neigbours on both sides. Lake Huron is known for beautiful sunsets and you'll see many people gathering at the lake shore each evening to view the sunset.
I often ride my bike into the provincal park where you'll find a network of bike paths.
We have a home in London Ontario but we normally live at the cottage from May through Sept.
No pets allowed.
We want to exchange our home with someone in Ireland. Our preference is a home in a small town/village near the sea. We want to exchange for approx. 4 weeks.....likely in the May/June period 2005.
