Albuquerque can offer you: Historic Old town, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, Albuquerque Aquarium, Botanical Gardens, Rio Grande Zoo, Albuquerque Museum, New Mexico Museum of Natural History, National Atomic Museum, Maxwell museum of Anthropology, Sandia Peak Aerial Tramway, Wineries and the University of New Mexico to name a few. Albuquerque is a Mecca for art and artists as evidenced by the many art galleries in Albuquerque. Our numerous golf courses offer golf most of the year with easy access to public courses. Many hiking areas are available in the nearby Sandia Mountains. Whitewater rafting is available most years on the Rio Grande just North of here. New Mexico is home to nineteen Indian Pueblos.

A short fifty minute drive takes you to Santa Fe, the city different. Day trips include Carlsbad Caverns, Old Mexico, Los Alamos (the secret atomic city) and Roswell ( the alien city).

Our home is attractive, clean, and comfortable. It is in a quiet residential area, but near stores and restaurants. One of our guest bedrooms has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. Our kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and our large screen television has cable. We have 3 baths, a two car garage, and the walled backyard has a gazebo.

We have been retired from insurance and real estate for about five years and we are non-smokers and have no pets. We are looking for a home exchange with non-smokers with either a king or queen sized bed.
