Ground floor includes separate living, dining, and family room. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has it's own A/C unit which provides great summer sleeping conditions. Family room has a large digital cable TV and high speed wireless internet is throughout. The family room opens to a private deck with BBQ, ideal for summer dining.

INCLUDES: A late model Nissan Maxxima is available as are 2 "comfort" TREK touring bikes.

DESTINATION(s): We are interested in Mexico (November) or almost anywhere else this summer for a 1-3 week exchange.
