Hi, visit Ottawa, Canada's lovely capital city! Home is a newer, spacious, clean , attached bungalow in an adult area, 2-bedroom (one used as a computer room/study) and 2-bathroom, backing onto greenbelt, in Kanata (west Ottawa), and the lower area is completed with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and living space. Ottawa is government based, a tech centre, multi-cultural, a prime visitor's
area - green with lots of water in summer, good skating, skiing and snow in winter. We have clean air, museums, galleries, theatres, golf courses, cycling and walking trails, excellent dining and shopping. A nice hub to explore the quaint Ottawa Valley and Gatineau Hills; Montreal, Toronto and Niagara Falls are within range. We are non-smokers, have no pets and our home has the usual conveniences, a/c, high speed internet, tvs, washer/dryer, etc, and a monitored security system. A car exchange would be desirable. We enjoy exchanging, treat others' homes with respect and we would be pleased to discuss offers, from a few days up to 6 weeks - we are flexible. There are two of us (sometimes joined by another couple), retired from professional careers, with interests in family, friends and reading. We enjoy travelling ( would welcome a swap to Australia or New Zealand or the UK for 2007, and always enjoy the UK/Europe/Canada/USA, everywhere is of interest; London/other cities for a week or two anytime), and we respond to all enquiries.
