My Cape Cod home is a bright, sunny, multi-level, end unit townhouse in a friendly, attractive compound, with three bedrooms, each on its own level, three and a half baths, a fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, etc, a dining room and large living room, plus a garage and parking space for an additional car. One bedroom has sliders to a patio, and the other two have sliders to decks and wonderful views of either the dunes and the ocean or Provincetown Harbor, the Bay and Long Point Lighthouse. There is a very large roof deck atop the unit, with incredible 360º panoramic views, lounges and a table and chairs for dining - the perfect place to watch spectacular sunsets over the water, enjoy a meal or just relax in the sun without going to the beaches.

The kitchen and dining room are on one level, with views of Provincetown Harbor. A few steps up, is a large living room with large windows and entrance onto a sitting deck overlooking the ocean. The living room is equipped with a high-quality CD/tape/radio unit, TV and VCR. There are TV's in each bedroom. Cable serves all TV's. The unit also has a clothes washer dryer, gas grill, etc.

The house is just a few minutes from biking and hiking trails and Herring Cove beach, and minutes by bike or car from many other wonderful Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, some of which are also clothes optional. The house is situated in the historic West End of Provincetown, near Commercial Street, Provincetown's charming social, entertainment and shopping artery, with its restored Town hall, buildings and churches, fishing and whale-watching ship and ferry wharfs, boat, canoe and kayak launches, dozens of art galleries, museums, whale watching and other attractions, shops and superb restaurants.
