on the beach front on the southern Gold Coast five km. from the airport.
We are within walking distance of many shops and clubs. The unit is set in tropical gardens and the complex has three swimming pools,one heated, and two spas.
We are at the junction of Currumbin Creek and the Pacific Ocean and so calm water swimming is available as well as excellent surf. Fishing is good in the creek and the beach.
World class golf is available at many local courses.
The unit is air conditioned and the balcony overlooks the creek and ocean.
We are interested in exchanges in Hawaii or anywhere on the mainland USA,New Zealand or UK .
We are retired business couple in our 70's.Car exchange is
possible.
Our home is one hour from Brisbane by car or train and one hour
from Sydney by air from the local airport.It is possible to fly to Sydney,see the sights,and fly back in the evening.
