We have a 250 year old, 2 double bedroomed cottage in the historic Gloucestershire village of Hawkesbury Upton. Oil fired central heating, lounge also has a wood burning stove, large kitchen recently refurbished as has been the rest of the cottage. Usual TV channels plus Sky with Sky sports channels.15 minutes from Highgrove, Prince Charles's country residence. 10 minutes from Westonbirt Arboritum, full of beautiful trees. Superb country walks all around the area. Plenty of good golf courses. Only 25 minutes from Bath. Village shop, pub, tennis courts, cricket ground and village hall all within easy walking distance.
We are looking for an exchange most years between December and April.If possible, in the Manly, Fairlight or surrounding area of New South Wales, Australia. Or even on the way into Sydney from Manly. Length of stay could be anything from a few weeks to 3 months or so.
We are also interested in Tasmania and New Zealand between December and the end of March for a short stay of around 3 weeks.
This is our second home so the exchange would not have to be concurrent. You could have the cottage anytime if the above dates do not suit.
