We are semi retired teachers who love to travel. We are looking to exchange our cosy 3 bedroom house for a place in the Netherlands mid January to mid February 2017. We can exchange our car as well.
Our home is right on a public bus line, easy access to the city of Adelaide. We are
close to lovely walking trails through the nature reserve called Anstey's Hill. A large shopping complex is 5 minutes away by car. Adelaide has a great climate, cool wet winters and warm sunny summers. My sister lives nearby and is always willing to help with any questions about the house, or the area.
We have a decent TV, internet and a lovely cosy fireplace for the winter months; and air conditioner and ceiling fans for the summer months. |
