Truckee, wine country (but we have a growing wine industry right here too), and San Francisco are 30 minutes to 2 hours away. If you like to shop, we’re within 10 miles of all known stores (OK, slight exaggeration), including an outlet center.Our home, built in 2001, is a comfortable size (2600 s.f.), well appointed, decorated, and cared for. The large office is equipped with cable Internet access. The exercise room is available if you can’t resist. We also have a separate 2-bedroom guest house (the carriage house above the garage) which you are welcome to use for visitors.
Our 5 acres include lots of old oak trees, a creek, and a large year-round vegetable garden. If you’re here in the cooler months, you’ll enjoy the always-ready hot tub. We have terrific neighbors within sight.
We have 2 reliable vehicles available, a 1998 RAV4 and a 2001 Ford extra-cab pickup.
Bruce is a semi-retired patent attorney, and Pam is enjoying not working. We were both employed by Apple Computer for many years before moving here from the Bay Area.
We have no pets, do not smoke, and prefer the same.
