Our comfortable 15 year old house is situated in a quiet inner northern suburb of Perth, a 10 minute bus ride to the city and is also close to large local enclosed shopping centres. Easy access to Swan River, ocean beaches and the Swan Valley wine region. The house has 4 bedrooms with evaporative air conditioning throughout. Car exchange is possible. As we are non-smokers would prefer exchange with similar non-smokers. We have no pets. We will consider and respond promply to all enquiries.
