My husband and I are planning a trip to Spain in October 2010. We would like to stay and explore before we go on a cruise Oct. 18/10. We are non smokers and very clean retired professionals. The accommodation we have to exchange is in Palm Springs California. We are open to exchanges anytime from November until early April. The exchange can be in 2010 or 2011 or any other year that suits your plans. Our home is 2 bedrooms with queen beds, large open living room, dining room and kitchen. We are non smokers so we appreciate our guests smoking outdoors. Our house is located in a golf community, we have both Par 3 and Regulation golf courses. Other amenities include swimming pools, recreation room with large screen television, pool table, restaurant, outdoor patio pub ¸tennis courts, shuffleboard, library, social hall for cards, dances, bingo. The area is less than 2 hours to Los Angeles and San Diego, (great facilities for Caribbean, Mexican and Canadian cruises), approximately 5 hours to Arizona. We are very happy to help you plan your trip and advise you on any information you need. Hopefully we will hear from someone that is interested. We are so looking forward to seeing your country. We have a second home in Canada (British Columbia) that we are willing to trade for as well. It is a smaller 2 bedroom apartment located approximately 45 minutes east of Vancouver, B. C. This accommodation is available all year, but preferably from April until October when we are home from California.
