Empty nester working professional couple has a 3 bedroom, 3 bath house on a quiet residential street. Richmond, Virginia is a center for American history, 45 minutes from Willamsburg or Charlottesville and 90 minutes from Washington DC. Virginia is a land of seashore and mountains with many things to see and do. The house sleeps 6, 1 King, 2 queen beds. The Master Bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has a King and private bath suite with Jacuzzi and shower separate from the vanity. Another room on the upper floor has a stationary bike, therapy table and space for yoga. 2 Queen bed bedrooms are on the main floor with 2 baths, one with a tub/shower and one with shower only. The basement area has laundry,Nordic Track,eliptical, and more.House has high speed wifi,cable,LCD tv, and DVD. No pets please. Our Dodge Grand Caravan seats 7 comfortably, our Toyota Camry seats 5 comfortably; they are available for local travel.
We are interested in an exchange in the US, Canada or western Europe. We have traveled in the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland and Denmark and would be happy to travel there again and to neighboring countries.
