30 minutes of Savannah and 2hrs. to Charleston, this is the perfect location to explore both N.& S.Carolina as well as Georgia and Florida.Our community offers 2golf courses, 3 swimming pools ( 2 outdoor), tennis courts, 2fully-equipped gyms,a theatre, clubhouse and 2 restaurants all for residents and guests.Also within the vicinity are more golf courses, boating, horse-back facilities and convenient shopping.
Within our comfortable home, you'll find all amenities including large book and video libraries.A/c, we have a king-sized four-poster bed in the master suite.Queen bed in the guest room.There are 2 den/offices as well as a great room and kitchen with breakfast nook and laundry-room.The garden room is the perfect place to relax with a good book while overlooking the lawn,flowers and trees.Oh, we'd care for your cat(s)but are not dog-people. We have a friendly 2yr. old cat but arrangements can be made if needed. We're also non-smokers.We offer our two cars for exchange and because there is no public transport these are essential.
We have been exchangers for many years but now that Russ has retired from media marketing we wish to have more exchanges and travels. Length of stays can vary from 3/4 days to as many more weeks..whatever is offered. We'd like to know more of the east coast having lived in Calif. for over 30years,but also would like to see Canada and Europe, especially the UK since Pat is a Brit. So, we're waiting to hear from you!
