We live just north of Tucson in the foothills of the Santa Catalina mountains. Our small, quiet Spanish-colonial-style neighborhood is within walking distance of elegant shops, restaurants, and art galleries. It has three swimming pools; one, heated all year, is a two-minute walk from our front door. Our house has two large bedrooms, each with its own bath, a large living room, separate dining room, den, and kitchen with breakfast area. A gated courtyard with fountain leads to the front entrance; a shaded walled patio with mountain views wraps around two sides of the house. We are a retired couple who chose Tucson for its mild winters, active outdoor lifestyle, and big city amenities. We play tennis all year round and also enjoy hiking and birding. Most of all, we like to travel. We have had extremely successful exchanges in England, Scotland, and Vancouver; we look forward to many more. We'll respond promptly to all inquiries.
