Our home in Kensington is a modern, air-conditioned two storey home with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study with computer and an upstairs balcony and deck with BBQ etc close to the centre of Perth (Western Australia). It is walking distance to the Swan River. Fremantle is 25 minutes drive, and the wine growing and vineyard Swan Valley area is 30 minutes drive. The house has the usual conveniences and appliances - dishwasher, washing machine, CD player, TV, HDD recorder and DVD player, plus broadband internet connection.
We are both recently retired and enjoy travelling. We are open to considering any destination, time period and time of year, but in particular we are interested in Italy, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, New Zealand, Canada and USA, as well as within Australia.
We have taken part in several exchanges, some of which have been non-simultaneous, and we are happy to consider further non-simultaneous exchanges.
We have arranged non-simultaneous exchanges in the second half of 2011 to Guelph in Canada, and New York, as well as another non-simultaneous exchange in April 2012 to Arizona. We would be open to considering exchange options before then, or any time after. We are particularly interested in arranging an exchange to California to follow on from our Arizona exchange. Our home will be available for non-simultaneous exchange next Sep/Oct when we will be in North America, and also in April of 2012 when we will be in Arizona.Our 2008 Hyundai i30 automatic car would be available if a car exchange is wanted.
