We live in Rockville, Maryland, which is about 8 miles from downtown Washington DC. From our house, it is a short metro trip to all the sites in Washington, a 45 minute drive to Baltimore or Annapolis, 1.5 hours to Skyline Drive in the Shenendoahs and Appalachian Trail, 1.5 hours to the Eastern Shore area, or 3 hours to the Atlantic Ocean beaches.

About us: Tom is a Civil Engineer with a specialty in bridges working for an Engineering Firm in Baltimore and has a special interest in history. Geri is a Computer Analyst working for an Insurance Firm in Rockville and is an avid bicyclist. We are both 50 years old, very responsible and completely dependable, currently still working, but looking forward to our impending retirement.

We would welcome exchange offers from just about anywhere, but for 2010, we are interested in a domestic exchange, a Canadian exchange, and third exchange abroad. Our time frame is anytime from April thru October. We would also consider Thanksgiving time frame.

There are 2 sets of golf clubs available, 2 bikes, one mountain and one road bike fitting a person of about 5’ 8” in height. We have FIOS high speed internet and TV service.

We will take good care of your home. We have no pets and are a non-smoking couple. We have an extensive list of things to do in the area for any interests, and will be happy to provide directions to get there.
