We are Bob and Pat Woodard (mid 60s retired Realtors). We have a 2Br, 2Ba. 1400' Penthouse Condo in San Diego, California (one block from beach and bay). This is a unusual unit on the top floor having no common walls to any other unit. In front of the condo is a large private deck (approximately 25’ x 25’). Both the unit and deck have views of the bay, Coronado, and the downtown skyline.

Our home is in Point Loma, a village within a large city. Point Loma is at the entrance to San Diego Harbor. We are less than ten minutes to Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Airport, Balboa Park, or downtown San Diego.

Our condo is unique and modern in design with many interesting angles. We have high speed internet, 40' HD LCD TV, cable, washer and dryer. The master bedroom suite is quite large and comfortable. The second bedroom is finished as a den/office. There is however a day bed with a trundle under it that can sleep two in the den. There are two full baths. We have a housekeeper scheduled every other week.

We are non-smokers and have no pets and wish to exchange for the same. We can offer a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee that is in excellent condition for transportation. There is security parking in the underground garage.

We have exchanged twice so far (Keystone, Co. and Brisbane, Australia) and look forward to more exchanges. We love to travel and are open to suggestions, however we are primarily interested in destinations that are at or near the ocean. We enjoy boating and fishing and in the past 4 years have taken our boat from the Alaskan border to Panama. We envision exchanges approximately one month at a time. Among places we hope to visit are England, Ireland, Scotland, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Croatia. Of course, US destinations are also great. We are very flexible with dates.
