The Home: Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, large living area, large kitchen, laundry room and large outdoor-enclosed patio area.
This is our second home so exchange does not have to be simultaneous.
It is completely equipped with all-cooking utensils, washer and dryer,Large screen TV,DVD VCR, and fireplace. The patio has a gas barbecue grill.The Neighborhood: The home is located within walking distance to the Pacific Ocean and Seacliff Beach. It is 5 miles south of Santa Cruz, 70 miles south of San Francisco and 30 miles north of Monterey., Pacific Grove and Carmel.
Destination: We are open to offers. We do like to do short term exchanges to places close to home.
Other Information: We are retired and non-smokers. We have no pets. We are experienced home exchangers and found this to be a very adventurous and worthwhile way to travel to new areas.
The People: Dick is a retired Auditor and Kay is a retired Public Health Nurse. We love to travel, hike, swim, ride Bicycles, read and use the Internet.
