Our winter home is in a 55+ retirement resort. Sleeps 4 persons. We have 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car gar, private patio, barbeque, cable, stereo, big screen TV, DVD and CD player, (also in each bedroom,) computer, wireless high speed internet, hair dryer, iron and board, and a full size washer and dryer. Books, games, DVD’s and music CD’s. Very close to our heated pool, Jacuzzi, clubhouse and greenbelts. A car is avaliable.
Our sunny mild climate makes this area a holiday paradise. Close to freeways, just minutes to beautiful large beaches, Oceanside Pier and the beautiful Oceanside Harbor. Easy access to local commuter trains. Only 35 miles north of San Diego and 90 miles south of LA. This is a great holiday location, very well located for driving or train trips to Southern California's most popular attractions. Max of 4 persons, at least one person must be at least 55, and no one under 45. Non-smoking, no pets.
We are retired, Donna was a librarian and I an executive. We love history and hicking. We would consider anywhere in Europe. We prefer 2-4 weeks but are open and non simultaneous exchange are OK. If not exchanging this unit can be rented for $1600 month. 2-week minimum.
