Our home and gardens are only 3 months old (as at April 10) and so little maintenance is required.We would be happy to make an arrangement for the gardens if the exchange person does not wish to tend it.Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms and a large outdoor area over looking the adjacent lake.our home has all mod cans and computer access is available. There are many walking tracks in the area, both in parks and through the bush. We are 10 mins from the main town and beaches, where you will find both surf and calm waters. There is an abundance of wild life in the area, including wild ducks, kookaburras, lorikeets and kangaroos that come around some evenings. If the roos do not visit then they are always about 1 km away at sunset.

Little Mountain is a suburb of Caloundra. It is primarily a seaside town with all facilities. Driving to either Brisbane or Noosa is roughly an hour. The area is renown for its pleasant climate and wide clean beaches. There are many attractions in the area. A good site to view these is www.tourismsunshinecoast.com.au. Some of the most interesting ones are the Glasshouse Mountains and Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo 15 mins away. There are also numerous sporting activities available, golf and bowls equipment are in the garage. There is also a bike for the energetic!

We can offer a manual Hyundai 2000 or an automatic Mazda 6 2005 for your exchange as we would wish to have a car at your end.
