We have a second home, a two bedroom two bath oceanfront condo in Coronado, California, just across the bay from San Diego. Our development is called Coronado Shores. It is an upscale development, with 24 hour doorman, interior parking, pools, tennis courts, fitness center, etc. We are next to the world famous Del Coronado Hotel. Golf is just around the bend, and the 15 minute ferry ride to downtown San Diego runs hourly. We are a retired, non-smoking couple, do not require a simultaneous exchange, and can be flexible about exchange dates.
