All amenities can be found in the apartment, Tile floors, granite top sink in bath, new kitchen cabinets, DW, and new appliances. Cable TV (2), DVD, Radio, with DSL available for computer hook-up and telephone.
Pompano Beach is located 5 miles north of Ft. Lauderdale and 15 miles south of West Palm Beach. We are located near the city fishing pier, restaurants, major malls, public golf links, movie theatres, and boating (only ¼ mile to the Hillsboro inlet, connecting the intercoastal and Atlantic ocean). A bus stop in front of the condo provides convenient public transportation to the a major mall and Ft. Lauderdale.
Our apartment is available between May and November each year, for periods 3 weeks or longer. We prefer nonsmokers, no children and no pets. Non-simultaneous exchanges are possible as this is our beach apartment (2nd home).
We are interested primarily in the mountains during the summer months although we are flexible in both location and time. We are now making plans for 2011.
