We are a semi retired couple and we would like to see more of the world.

We have a comfortable 3 bedroom house which we would like to exchange to make our desire to travel more accessible to us. We live in the suburb of Epping which is in the north-west of Sydney 30 minutes from the CBD. Our home is in a bushland setting and our extensive deck overlooks the bush. Our deck is visited by many native birds , kookaburras and lorikeets abound.

Epping is well serviced by public transport. There is a bus service at the end of the street, 50 metres away and Epping has a main train station with regular trains to the city, to Chatswood and Newcastle.

We also have a beach-house at Lennox Head in northern NSW. It is a comfortable 3 bedroom villa situated an easy 400 metre walk from the beach and village. Lennox is a popular holiday destination and easily accessed by affordable flights from Sydney.

We are open to offers both from overseas and within Australia. Exchanges would not have to be simultaneous as we could be in one or the other of our homes while you are at the alternate one. In Australia we would love to visit Perth, Hobart and Melbourne in particular but any suggestions would be happily considered.

We would be interested in spending time in any part of Europe or North and South America or Asia. We are open to suggestions! For overseas exchangers summer (particularly January)is an ideal time to visit Sydney or our beach cottage or both. Arrange an exchange in another city or regional area and you could spend the worst of the northern hemisphere winter experiencing a second summer.
