We have a beautiful 6 year old home overlooking the Lahave River,10 miles from the Atlantic Ocean,approx one hour from Halifax and the airport, and 5 miles to the town of Bridgewater which has all and everything you need or want. The historic town of Lunenburg is 1/2 hour away.(this is a World Heritage Site previously featured on Good Morning America).
We have 2br, 2baths, triple garage,open concept liv/din/kit with adjacent TV room,big screen ,DVD etc.We have a front glass railed deck to watch the sun rise and rear patio for the afternoon sun and sun sets.A car exchange is no problem.
We are both retired ,(non smokers with no pets )and enjoy new locations and are quite flexible as to exact dates,amenities or location ,so long as it is warm and close to shopping and golf .
We are interested in warm country exchange in Feb.,Mar.,and Apr but simultaneous exchange not necessary as we also have a cottage which could also be considered for exchange . We are open to virtually any place warm in the USA, Australia, New Zealand,the Carribean,etc.Also , may consider Europe/Great Britain in April/May. |
