We live in the scenic southwest desert community of Saint George, Utah surrounded by mountains and National parks. Zions National Park is an hour drive, Bryce Canyon National Park and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon are 3 hour drives. Snow Canyon State Park with colorful rock formations and petroglyphs is 20 minutes away. Brian Head ski resort is 1 hour to the north and Las Vegas is 2 hours to the south. Saint George (www.sgcity.com) has activities for all interests. Miles of paved biking/walking paths, numerous golf courses, Dixie State University, St. George Musical Theater (www.sgmt.org), Tuacahn outdoor amphitheater (www.tuacahn.org), art museums, and numerous restaurants. St. George has excellent medical facilities. Winters are very mild. Our one year old home is in the Active Adult Golf Community of SunRiver Saint George (www.sunriver.com). We have 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large kitchen/dining area, red rock and mountain views from the patio, fireplace, cable Internet/TV, 3 car garage with golf cart (auto exchange possible). We are a recently retired professional couple (Bob & Paulette).
We are non-smokers and have no pets and are unable to accommodate smokers or pets in our home. We are interested in concurrent exchanges on both coasts and abroad. |
