Professional couple offers comfortable mobile home in a sought-after resort in Hallandale Florida which is 25 minutes from downtown Miami and 10 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. Parklake Estate has three lakes, a heated swimming pool, a sauna, a whirlpool, a community hall, a library and offers an active social life to its 55+ members. Within a 5 minute drive, you will find a two 18-holes golf course. We are a Canadian couple with two residences available for exchange. The Florida residence is available from May 1 to October 30 each year and our Canadian residence in Ottawa, Canada's beautiful capital, is available from November 1 to April 30 each year. A picture of the Florida residence is included. Exchanges do not have to be simultaneous; the countries of interest are France, Italy, Spain, although we are open to other places. Period of interest is between May and October each year |
