Our light airy home is situated on a hill & overlooks the Pacific Ocean & the twin towns of Coolangatta( in Queensland) & Tweed Heads ( in New South Wales) so, in our opinion, we have the best of both worlds. The modernised kitchen, dining room,lounge room & large balcony offer panoramic views of our wonderful waterways & surf beaches.

Our home has two bedrooms, each with queen size beds,& overhead fans. The master bedroom has its own en suite.The lounge room is airconditioned & equipped with a bar.A small patio with gas BBQ is located in the rear garden which has many tropical trees & shrubs.We can also offer two bikes, two surf skis & the use of a vehicle if necessary.

It is a 10 min.drive to the beautiful world renowned surf beaches of the Gold Coast & to the surrounding shops , restaurants & clubs.

The Brisbane International Airport is 1hour & 20 mins away, whilst domestic flights & some International flights (New Zealand) depart from Coolangatta Airport which is a 15 min. drive.Our nearest rail link to Brisbane ( our closest capital city)is Varsity Lakes station which is approx. a 20min drive.

National Parks, whale watching, cycling & walking tracks are all within close proximity.The Tweed River has many delightful little towns along its banks. All have great cafes & restaurants, curio shops, & points of interest.

This will be our first home exchange so we are excited, & eagerly anticipating a reponse from someone out there who would enjoy seeing our little slice of heaven.
