Our home is 100 years old and a
historical monument 3 blocks from
downtown San Luis Obispo. It has all
new electrical and plumbing and has
been completely restored as of five
years ago. It has a cottage like interior
with a fireplace and a beautiful private
back yard. This home has two
bedrooms, two full baths and an
updated kitchen. Washer and Dryer
between bedrooms. We are located
five to ten minutes from several
beautiful beach areas, 45 minutes from
Hearst Castle and half way between
San Francisco and Los Angeles. Cal
Poly University is located just across
town with a wonderful Preforming Arts
Center.
Our car will be included on trade.
Our area is known for a number of
charming wineries, old and new, to
tour at your leisure. Farmers Market is
every Thurs. night with entertainment
and delicious fruits, vegetables, and
other locally grown foods. You will
love it. I will send more photos when

several month stay in Italy.
