I have a charming/comfortable 1 bedroom home/cottage in a mountain community situated just 30 minutes from Silicon Valley, Stanford University and 45 minutes from San Francisco. Perfect for a single traveler, or couple. My home lies 9 miles due east of the Pacific Ocean, where there are lovely beaches, trails and excellent surfing (Mavericks). This is an ideal place for someone who would like all the benefits of country living with close proximity to many urban, cultural opportunities that one could explore. I would love to exchange for your place which would ideally be centrally located and offer similarly comfortable accommodations. The home offers high speed internet, and cable TV. I would be willing to leave my car for your use so that you can enjoy trips south to explore Big Sur, Monterey or Carmel, north to San Francisco and to the wine country, or even 4 hours due east to Yosemite National Park. I will consider any global location but am particularly intersted in Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Ireland, Greece and France. |
