Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a gated retirement community with golf, tennis and two swimming pools. Centrally located. Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World are within 40 minutes. Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and historic St. Augustine are an easy 1 1/2 hour drive to the east. Tampa, St.Petersburg and the Gulf of Mexico are the same time to the west. I was a business owner and my wife a school teacher before retirement. We would like to visit Maine, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia this August 2010 and open to all destinations any time of the year.
