	Up country 3 Bedroom 2 Bath (2500 sq ft) Hawaiian ranch style house with million dollar views and amazing sunsets of the beautiful bi-coastal ocean, West Maui Mountains and Iao Valley. Located 1000 feet above sea level in Pukalani Country Club Estates, the house overlooks the 17th fairway and tee, and is a 12 minutes scenic drive to beaches and the airport. The house has 2 large living rooms, one is set up as an art studio (not baby or small children proof) with huge work/dining table, desk with high speed internet, TV cable and bed sofa. The other is a sunken TV media area with an additional sofa bed. All three bedrooms have 8-foot French doors as outside entries to access the hot tub lanai and the kitchen grill outside dining lanai. A few minutes away are the affordable public 18-hole Pukalani Golf Club, driving range, super market shopping center with banks, hardware, food, community swimming pool, and tennis courts. More photos are available. I am a high school art teacher and can exchange during school spring break and summer. I am open to hospitality exchange during the school year as I am gone from the house all day leaving early in the morning. Auto could possibly be included in the exchange. I am interested in places all over the world but want Crested Butte, Colorado late July to early August 2010.
