We wish to visit Sydney, Australia for Christmas 2010. Next Year, 2011, we plan to visit France and Italy between June and October. Our home is in a quiet cul de sac, built on three floors overlooking a bush reserve. Our home is a five minute walk to beach, shops, post office, wine bar, hairdresser, bistro, tennis court, park, fish and chip shop and bus stop. Within 10 km are several golf courses, marine and wetland sanctuaries and car, tramway, telephone and airport museums. Within 20 km there is whitewater rafting and kayaking and more golf courses. Wellington has many theatres, museums, sporting events and nightclubs.
