Come enjoy a white Christmas! We would like to trade for somewhere in the Napa-San Francisco bay area for a week after Dec. 25. Contact us for more pictures. We built our 2500 sq.ft, 180 degree lakeview, 3 bdr., 3 ba, in mountains of Northern California. Our home includes an outdoor hot tub with 360' view, 56" satellite t.v., wireless internet. WE have traveled quite a bit and our home is accessorized with things from our travels. We live in a gated community and there are two golf courses a 5 minute drive away. If you enjoy the outdoor life, you will love it here. The air and water are pristine. Rogers Airfield, an airport large enough to land a jet, is 15 minutes away. We would like to go somewhere warm in the winter and are also open to short term trades in the fall and spring. We look out on Lake Almanor, a secret little jewel where the Sierras and the Cascades meet. It's a great place to hike, bike, fish, golf, hunt,birdwatch, snowshoe, snowmobile and waterski. Unless you would like to just sit on the deck or by the fire and read. We have no shopping malls, movie theaters or stop lights (which means no traffic jams). Reno and Lake Tahoe are two hours away. Chico University is 1.5 hours away. Lots of pictures upon request. Like most of the members, we are retired, in our early 60's, non-smokers and no pets. This is a special place. Come for a visit. |
