We offer a condo which will be available for a single person or a couple. It's located in the Rancho Bernardo community of San Diego— a beautiful area which is very close to the freeway. If you like to golf, there are courses all around you. Or, thirty minutes will get you to downtown San Diego, the Embarcadero or Balboa Park. It would be a twenty minute drive to La Jolla, Del Mar and the beaches.

The condo is like a small home. It's 1354 square feet and all on one level; there are no steps and there's no one above or below. There are two bedrooms, two baths, a large living room, a comfortable dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen with a counter for casual meals. We have cable service but no internet hookup. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is also has a small screened porch and a charming and very private yard.
