The house has an open floor plan for the main living area. On the same floor is the master bedroom and a glassed in porch off the kitchen. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bath off a central, open area we call the library. There is lots of wood and light throughout the house. The floor plan is unusual; the overall effect is warm and inviting.

We would like to visit Holland and France in late April and the first half of May, 2011. After that, we are open to exchanges in the southwest and Santa Barbara. We are retired and are open to other exchanges in interesting locations.
