Our home is located in the Pelican Waters suburb of Caloundra at the southern end of the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. We are one hours drive north of Brisbane the capital of Queensland.Pelican Waters is adjacent to nine beautiful sandy beaches ranging from still water to surfing and has its own shopping centre which includes supermarket, pharmacy, doctors surgery, bakery, butcher, tavern etc.
Our home is close to the Greg Norman designed golf course and the Club House is a five minute walk from our door.
The house itself is seven years old, single level bungalow style and is very comfortable. We have other photos available. There are two inside living areas and two outside. We live opposite a park and in a circuit which guarantees a quiet enjoyable environment.
We have two cars, both automatic, and would prefer car access to be part of any exchange.
We not only have beaches nearby but a striking hinterland filled with small towns, beautiful mountain and coastal views and many varied tourist attractions.
We are David & Margaret, in our 60’s, and retired from active business lives in Brisbane. We are non smokers and do not have any pets. We have a married daughter living nearby who would help exchangers settle in and attend to any questions and needs.
Currently we are looking to visit England for approximately four weeks during the period June/July 2011.
