living room has bay windows on two sides with lovely views of the San Francisco bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. The living room has a comfortable queen size sofa bed and there is a small private sitting room that has a single size sofa bed. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking. While fabulous restaurants are well within walking distance, why not cook gourmet meals and enjoy the views! No smoking please.
We also have a house in wine country -- located just out side of the town of Sonoma, and would be open to possibly exchanging that two bedroom house for some -- or even all -- of the time.
We would be open to a non simultaneous exchange or a same time exchange.
We are currently looking to exchange for the last two weeks of May, but are open to other offers.
