Remembering your Seniors Home Exchange password

Seniors Home Exchange remembers your password by storing it in a small file (called "cookie") on your computer. When you enter Seniors Home Exchange our page checks this file and signs you in automatically.

In some circumstances you will have to sign in manually. It can happen when for example:

  • You run Seniors Home Exchange from another computer (where the "cookie" file is not present)
  • Files, including "cookie" files, in your browser temporary cache, were deleted
  • The Seniors Home Exchange "cookie" file expires - this file expiry date is set 1 year from the date it is created
  • You switch to another browser ("cookie" files are saved within each browsers cache separately)

Your Privacy: If you share your computer with other persons and are concerned about them using your password, we recommend setting this option to "no".
